How to use flutterwave to withdraw from your paypal


 Firstly, before we proceed on how to withdraw our PayPal funds through flutterwave, let us quickly discuss what flutterwave is


What is flutterwave

Flutterwave is a website/app created as a wallet for it's users to receive  payments through the payment link created by it's users.


How to create a payment link on flutterwave

1. Go to your flutterwave dashboard

2. In the left corner of your dashboard, click the image that looks like the drawing of a dollar note.

3. On the next page create your payment link by giving it title/description, setting the amount you wish to receive through the link and the currency you wish to receive.

4. Click save to register your link and you are good to go.


To use flutterwave to withdraw from your PayPal, you need to create a payment link ( which we have discussed above) but make sure you create with USD as the set currency because PayPal deals with USD.


after creating your link, you need to enable PayPal so as to receive payments through PayPal.


How to enable PayPal on flutterwave

1. Go to your flutterwave dashboard.

2. Go to the left corner of your dashboard, head to the bottom and click settings.

3. On the next page, click account settings which you would see at the top of the page.

4. On the account settings page click 'enable PayPal' which you would see at the right side of the page.


Withdrawing Your PayPal funds to your flutterwave account

1. Go to your payment links.

2. Copy the link of a payment link you created with USD as the set currency.

3. Paste the copied link on your browser.

4. Once the link opens, from the other options you see under the credit card information for Payment, click PayPal.

5. You would be redirected to sign in to your PayPal account to pay to your flutterwave wallet.

6. Once signed in, check out.



Note:

Make sure that when you are trying to sign up for a flutterwave account, open a merchant account because if you open any other type of account, the option to enable PayPal won't be allowed.
